1. Refer to the Q&A section where are listed the most frequently asked questions about SelfProtec UPS's and surge protectors.
2. Fill the dedicated Form and send it to the appropriate service department of Selfprotec.
Warranty registration Register online the warranty of your SelfProtec product in order to benefit from a warranty up to :
• 5 years for Plug-in surge protectors
• 2 years for all Zephyr, Mistral, Storm and Cyclone UPS's (1year for batteries)
• 2 years for all Level AVR's
• 1 year for the HC UPS series
• 1 year for battery banks
